    launch pulledpork.conf file with notepad2 and replace rule_url=http://talosintel.com/files/additionnal_ressources/... by rule_url=http://www.talosintel.com/feeds/ip-filter.blf|IPBLACKLIST|OPEN and you gotta got something like this
