I can't proceed cause can't see the "http://winids/test.php"

Hey masters,

i config well under these steps ,but failed until i can't access the page:  http://winids/test.php .

i used the guide " IIS Web Server logging events to a MySQL Database "

 

my OS is windows 10 proffessional.

pls help me ,thanks!

Go into the add and remove programs and make sure Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 is installed.

Go back to the tutorial and complete the section labeled: Configuring IIS for PHP, and the Windows Intrusion Detection Systems security console

THANKS, i had rebuild a new OS to reinstall.
